Burger was BIG and moist! Fries were crispy and had a cool shape. Lost a star because: REALLY long wait. Call ahead and reserve. Kind of small for such a popular restaurant and only one restroom per man or woman. Would prefer more than one stall because there always so many people here and always a wait for the bathroom. Nic and Norman's sauce is SO GOOD!
My husband Tim Shepard and I ate at your establishment on Friday, October 27, 2017. We started off with the Philly Cheese Steak fries. OMG! They were phenomenal! Then he had the Mexican Burger and I had the Bison Burger. We both had onion rings with our burgers. Medium rare and cooked to perfection! He had the sweet tea and said it was the best restaurant sweet tea he's ever had. The only issue we had was the first time we arrived, which was about noon time, we were told it was a three hour wait for just the two of us. The young lady took my name and cell number and said she would let us know when we could come back. In the meantime, we entertained ourselves until it was time to come back. Hours had past and no text or phone call. Finally, about six hours later we go back to see if we could get in. We spoke with a different young lady and told her what happened and somehow my name was not on said list. However, she did get us seated within minutes. And thereafter we proceeded to enjoy our outstanding meal! Thank you Nic&Norman's. -Karen Shepard-
What a great place, warm and friendly atmosphere. It was actually a LOT nicer than I thought it was going to be. Came during the Walker Stalker convention in Atlanta so it was VERY busy. Friendly staff, very welcoming place. I can't wait to go back

Starting off, the food was not bad, the service was bad. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was good though it could have used more condiments. My girlfriend is a vegetarian with a very low tolerance for spice so she got the black bean burger. When we asked the server if it was spicy she said "I don't know I've never had it. No one has complained about it being spicy." We ordered the black bean burger and it was spicy. This wasn't too much of a problem aside from the fact that the server never came back to check on how the food was once it was dropped off at the table. We had to go to the host stand to get our check because our server never brought it out...well after we had finished eating our food. This was around 1 pm on a Monday and there were six tables with what looked like 3 or 4 servers so she was definitely not in the weeds. I've worked in service for quite some time so I understand how it can be for servers but there was little excuse for the poor service on a slow afternoon.
Went for a late lunch, early dinner. Not busy so we got right in. Our server was very friendly and made recommendations. The starter Philly cheese steak fries was amazing. We had a hamburger and a turkey burger they were very good and our dessert was also really good. May have to go back tomorrow and have more Philly fries!! I'm hooked on them.
