This is the worst and slowest office experience I have ever had and I will NOT be back. From the waiting time, to the doctor, to the results it was all a mess. July 15, 2016, Friday morning I waited basically an hour to be seen and there was only one other patient there and plenty nurses in the back. The young girl with the dark hair at the front desk was very pleasant and so was the blonde haired nurse who took my blood pressure, weight, etc. The doctor however, ederly woman with gray hair and glasses, was very awkward and made my experience uncomfortable. She stared at my tattoos as if she was disgusted or bothered by them the entire time while talking to me rather than looking me in my eyes. I originally came there for a pap test but the nurse informed me the rules have change and its not necessary to get a pap test every year. She then went on to suggest if I had some concerns to just get an STD test, so I agreed to that. So I informed the doctor of that change when she came in and that I had already given some urine. We talked briefly and then She escorted me out to the lobby as if I had more work to be done so I waited another 15mins until the front desk informed me I could leave. (I'm thinking at this time to myself, wow I wish she had told me that). A week goes by that I haven't received my results so July 22, 2016 that next Friday I called, only to be told there was a lab mix up and they had to re-send my test.. ok, fine. Now it is Tuesday July 26th and I just called them again and this time they have my results. Why wasn't I called? I'm not sure. Also she read two test to me which read negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia. WRONG. Those are not the only two things I should've been tested for. I was informed and I also ASKED them for ALL std testing and the doctor assured me that's what I was getting. This entire experience was a waste of time and the fact I am going to be billed for this visit and I didn't even receive what I asked for is outrageous and I'm going to contact corporate. I don't exactly live next door at all and I work long hours on the weekdays so I took off for this visit to accommodate my schedule all for nothing.
Really nice doctor and staff, but this place is so slow ....
