Awesome company ran by awesome people. They were prompt in responding, provided excellent service, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them!!
When a company says they will come one day, does not call, you call them late in the day and they say we'll come the next day, I am fine. Late on second day, no call, so I called them to please call so we could plan. No return call. Late on third day, I called back, to get Rick who previously had been courteous, to find him making excuses, saying the technician left his phone somewhere etc. . I mentioned that i really needed to know if they were going to be able to come and I was beginning to feel uncomfortable with them not following through. I told him I had gotten his number from my realtor and that if felt she needed to know not to refer to them if this was their service. He at that point said why don't you go to someone else and hung up on me. I trust Rick is not the owner. I hope it was just an off day but now I still have the leak and have to start over to find a plumber. Business is bottom line relationships and this was not a good experience at all.. truly surprising this is how it went. Sad that his was the experience when relationships and building them is the glue for good business.
The guy I spoke too on the phone was very nice and they came out the same day and fixed the leak. I will use them again.
The owner and the tech are fantastic, they are good folks , I will recommend them and use them again , thanks for reminding me how good people can be ,
