Drink refills were available, the wait time for our meals were not bad, I always consider just how busy they are. It helps me get an idea of the wait time and other factors.
One word: Delicious! We visited Katie Lou's while doing a Walking Dead tour in the beautiful little town of Senoia. We came in for a quick cup of coffee and a lite snack before the tour & we had the Buttermilk Biscuits & jelly which were amazing! We came back for lunch and had the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Pulled Pork Sandwich. We really enjoyed their home made sauces and the server gave us a sample of each so we could choose the right one with our meal. Excellent meal and service!

Would be 4.5 but didn't see that option, our Server did a fine job and the wait time wasn't bad at all, there was a party of 7 so we were pleased that our Server handled everything just fine.
Love these hometown cafes that serve great food and even better service. Love how everything was homemade. The sauces were excellent and quite unique. My picky teens even commented about loving the home cooked food!
The Brisket I had was a little over cooked - but it was worth the wait.

This place is terrible and even 1 star is 3 stars too many. The pulled pork was eatable if you added lots of sauce. But, the sides were terrible (some had no flavor the rest just tasted bad). Service was very slow. It was over 45 minutes after we ordered before we got our meal. Drink refills were almost impossible to get. Our server was just terrible. The owner came by and asked how we like the meal and we told her we didn’t like the food and were disappointed in the service. She said “Sorry but things are always a little slow when my Dad works in the kitchen and walked away.” I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy much less a friend.
My second time here. Great home made food and service. Yes, they have beer too! They smoke their meats in the back lot, make their own sauces and dressings and use local produce as much as possible. I'll be back!
